Green underglaze shield mark from 2007 - 2019?
Over the years, the Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory's trademark has appeared in a wide range of variations. Today, just as it was then, the signet is pressed into the soft mass by hand using a small biscuit porcelain stamp. A task that is only performed by the most experienced artisans, who stamp their initials on each object in addition to the diamond shield, thus expressing personal responsibility for the quality of their product. All figures are also marked with a model number, sometimes combined with the size I/II and the number of the maker. Tableware items are given a three- to four-digit model number and a one-digit number for their size.
